We are looking for an Office & Marketing Assistant to support our team in corporate communications and organization.

What you bring:

  • Experience from the back office of a consultancy, agency, hotel or similar
  • Affinity for teamwork in several fields of work at the same time
  • Interest & enthusiasm for innovation topics
  • Fun with social media and the organization of small events
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and personal responsibility
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or commercial training or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience

What you do with us:

  • You are the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • Written and verbal external communication
  • Maintaining our social media account, our web blog and the newsletter
  • Organization of small events such as meet-ups
  • Coordination of event appearances by the management
  • Coordination & support of sales appointments of the management
  • Coordination of freelance consultants and service providers
  • Secretarial tasks and assistance to the management
  • Supporting the document and accounting department
